"The Essence of Christmas" (A Day to Show LOVE)

When we talk about Christmas, we always think about the happiness of everybody, but for me, aside from that happiness what Christmas could bring to us, it is also about  love. It is caring about another over ourselves, spending the time to do the little things to make holiday special not only for family but also for our special someone. Christmas is not only about the presents we buy or meals we eat, it is not only about standing in line ups at stores or handing over a gift we feel obliged to give, but the real thing is that it is about love and living the best ways we can.
Everyone of us wants Christmas to be meaningful, because our savior Jesus Christ was born and He is the reason why we are celebrating Christmas every year. It is generally believed that he was born on that fateful day, December 25. This Christmas we share food, gifts or other things that can bring joy and happiness to others, especially to those we love. God loves us so much and He showed it by presenting to us His beloved son, and for that, we have a great responsibility to show also love to others especially this Christmas. If personal faith plays a major role in family's life, our observances of Jesus's birthday will reflect our own beliefs in life, but all too often, we see people drifting away from celebrating Christmas for some of them do not exactly and definitely know what Christmas really means. There is also frequently more interest in exchanging gifts than in sharing the good news and the true essence of this very special day, Christmas.
Christmas is the liveliest time of the year, especially when we are having parties, give and exchange gifts and have a family or group reunion. It's also the most expensive season of each year because of the money we spend on different decorations that we decorate in our homes and buying gifts an foods and share them to others. We celebrate this season, Christmas to express our gratitude to God for fulfilling His promise that He made through. The love of mankind is God's reason for sending His only begotten son to us. So, to show that we really have respect to Him, we should also respect other people not only for our own good, but for the good of everyone, and we should love them like we do love ourselves because love is the best way to show our kindness to others.

"Equal Rights, Equal Opportunities"

Equality is a social state of affairs in which certain different people have the same status in a certain different respect. There are also several and different forms of equality , depending on the persons' and social situations in some questions. Being one of the examples of these is that the equal opportunity which refers to the idea that all people should start out in life from the same platform, all should have equal opportunities in life, regardless of where they were born.
For me, because there are so many crimes which are now happening not only in our country, but all over the world, everyone of us should have the equality, the equal right and the equal opportunity which will lead to us to better life, but some of the common law countries, many of those rights or equalities have been shaped through case laws. All of us should have the equal right and we should end discrimination for us to do what we want, to reach our goals and others, which we want to achieve in life that may bring happiness not only for our own good, but also for others. Equal opportunities are important especially to students to be aware that this equal opportunity means giving all the people, especially to children the best possible opportunities to achieve potential skills.Every individual is absolute, that his or her reality must be recognized unconditionally and necessarily lies at the basis of human rights.
The equal right and the equal opportunity are concerned with social and political equality. One of the examples of the rights is that, knowing how to ensure the equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women that they shall aim in ensuring gender equality, banning sexual discrimination, applying positive actions, protecting the society from information which is aimed at sexual discrimination, ensuring the equal participation of men and women in making socially important decisions.
And for the over all importance of these equal rights and equal opportunities, we should always fight for our right because we have the ability and responsibility to do that so, and for that always remember that the craving for equality can express itself either as a desire to pull everyone down to our own level, or as a desire to raise ourselves up along with everyone else.

"Responding to Climate Change"

In the past decades, it has been called everything from the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on mankind to the greatest challenge to face man. They have been conventions and conferences. Thousands of scientists have released studies, statements and reports documenting its harmful and possibly even apocalyptic consequences for all the world's biodiversity. This issue at hand is called the Climate Change, and it has literally and figuratively taken every corner of our world by storms.
Climate Change is a problem that is affecting people and likewise the environment. Greater energy efficiency and new technologies may hold promise for reducing greenhouse gases and solving this global challenge. These greenhouse gases are gases in the atmosphere that absorbs and emits radiation within the thermal infrared range. Climate change affects more than just a change in the weather, but it also refers to seasonal changes over a long period of time. Climate includes patterns of temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind and seasons. These climate patterns play a fundamental role in shaping natural ecosystems and the human economies and cultures that depend on them. A change in climate can affect many related aspects of where and how people, plants and animals live, such as food production, availability and use of water, and health risks.
Responding to Climate Change is no longer being observed by most scientist and people of all backgrounds are now taking steps to mitigate their own impacts on the environment. Because of this climate change, Earth is in an ongoing phase of global warming caused by an enhanced greenhouse effect due to the anthropogenic release of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases.Climate change, therefore happens because of our own faults, activities and attitudes, and for that, we should avoid doing things which are not good for the sake of our beloved Mother Earth.
